3. On the End User Configuration page
• Type a user ID into the User ID field.
Note Write this User ID down. You will need this User ID to complete some steps later in this
procedure.
• Type a name into the Last name field.
Note The User ID field and the Last name field have an asterisk next to them because they are
the only two fields that you need to complete on this page. On the Cisco Call Manager
pages, only the fields with an asterisk will require input from you.
