02 Administrator Register

Use this function to register the machine administrator name and the exten-
sion number which are displayed on the left side of the Utility/Counter
Screen.
Procedure

Follow the procedure on page 6-3 to display the Machine Administra-
tor Setting Menu Screen.

Touch [02 Administrator Register].
The Machine Administrator Registration Screen will be displayed.

Touch [Name Input] to display the Machine Administrator Name Input
Screen. Use the touch panel keypad to register the machine adminis-
trator name. The eight characters including a hyphen (-) can be en-
tered.
