ISDN Setup Menu

The ISDN Setup menu is used to set up the
ISDN lines.
Note
The ISDN Setup menu is displayed only
when the optional PCSA-B384S orPCSA-
B768S ISDN Unit is installed to your
system.

Country/Region
Country/Region Code
Protocol
Country/Region
Selects the country or region where you use
the Video Communication System.
You can select from among Europe
(excluding France), France, Japan, USA,
China and Other.
Country/Region Code
Enter the country code or region code.
For customers in the USA and Canada, see
"SPID Setting for Customers in the USA and
Canada" on page 54.
Protocol
Selects the protocol of the ISDN lines to be
used.
You can select Japan (NTT), Euro ISDN,
Euro ISDN (France), National ISDN,
5ESS(P-MP), 5ESS(P-P) or DMS-100
depending on the interface you are using.
For customers in the USA and Canada, see
"SPID Setting for Customers in the USA and
Canada" on page 54.

Shows the A1 to C2 text boxes for inputting
the telephone numbers.

Area Code Local Number

Auto SPID
Area Code
Enter the area code to be used for the ISDN
interface. Do not enter the first "0" number
of your area code.
Local Number
Enter the telephone number (local number)
to be used for the ISDN interface.
Notes
• When you select a blank text box and press
the ENTER button on the Remote
Commander, the content in the text box
immediately above will be copied to the
selected text box.
• The D1-F2 text boxes are shown on the next
page (Page 3). Fill in the boxes depending on
the lines you connect. (Only when the PCSA-
B768S ISDN unit is used).
