'operators' that each correspond to a PIN code (see
Overview on page 87).

Managing Operators

This section only applies to the Account with Access Control Mode
(see Accounting and Assigning Rights Overview
If you use a postal expense software, you can only manage the
operator PINs from the PC.
Format
4 digit
20 alphanumeric

Active/Inactive
Only active accounts are displayed on the User screens.
* User screens never display groups or subgroups.
Accounting and Assigning Rights
Description
Operator PIN code. Two Operators cannot
have the same PIN code.
Operator name. Two Operators cannot have
the same name.
Users can only log in using active Operator's
PIN codes.
