Quick reference guide - telephone base
/DELETE
• Press to delete the message
currently playing (page 119).
• When the phone is not in use,
press to access the
DELETE OLD MSGS menu (page 121).
• While entering names or
numbers, press to delete a
digit or a character.
• While predialing, press to delete
a digit.
• Press to scroll up while in a menu.
/REPEAT
• Press to repeat a message
(page 119).
• Press twice to play the
previous message.
• While editing names or numbers,
press to move the cursor to
the left.
/LINE 1 ANS ON/OFF
/LINE 2 ANS ON/OFF
• Press to turn the answering
systems of line 1 or line 2 on or
off (page 109).
Micro USB port
A micro USB port in the telephone base for connection
to your computer via the USB cable is provided in
the package (page 11).
USB charging ports
Two standard size USB ports in the telephone base for
charging your cell phones.
/SKIP
• During message playback, press
to skip to the next message
(page 119).
• While editing names or numbers,
press to move the cursor to
the right.
/RECORD
• Press to record an announcement
or a memo (page 122).
• Press to scroll down while in
a menu.
