To remove slack, it may help to
put weight on the child restraint
system, or push on the back of the
restraint system while pulling up
on the belt.

Secure the belt in the slit by
pushing up the tab. Make sure the
belt is not twisted and it is
positioned properly in the slit.

secure, unlatch the belt, allow it to
retract fully, then repeat these
