The multi-information display
between the speedometer and
tachometer on the instrument panel
displays various information and
symbols/messages when the ignition
switch is in the ON (II) position.
Some of the indicators/messages
help you operate your vehicle more
effectively. Others keep you aware
of the vehicle's condition for
continued trouble-free driving.
There are two types of symbols/
messages: normal display symbols/
messages and system warning
symbols/messages.
You can select the displayed
language and also customize some
vehicle control settings to your liking
with the multi-information display
and the two buttons on the steering
wheel (see page
102
).

LOWER SEGMENT
Kilometer indication type
The multi-information display
consists of an upper segment, a
middle segment and a lower
segment. Each segment can display
two lines of messages.

Mile indication type
In normal display mode, the upper
and middle segments display the trip
computer and the rear seat belt use,
and the lower segment displays the
odometer, trip meter, and outside
temperature.
