UNIFLY
Block Diagram UNIFLY "UN"
Model Type Described
In contrast to the Standard model type, the "UNIFLY"
type is used where separate aileron servos are used,
in place of a single common servo, which are by
already software coupled. This permits independent
adjustment of the aileron deflections upward and
downward, which allows a differential mixer to be
used.
In addition, the separate controlling of the aileron
surfaces makes it possible to operate the both
surfaces in the same direction giving a flap function,
or Flaperons, e.g. realized using the mixer Flap
Flaperon.
Also set-up is spoiler
elevator mixing, which can
be used in order to maintain a constant pitch attitude
when using the flaps.
For further linkages, there are also three freely
programmable mixers available.
A delta mixer is not intended with this type.
