It is the index for position-fixing accuracy. The
smaller the HDOP value, the more accurate ly
the position can be fixed.
Enables/Disables the keypad beep.
The default setting is On.
Displays a screen with a list of all objects found
in the range of the cursor.
Turns On/Off the displaying of Landmarks (a ny
prominent object such as monume nt, building,
etc, on land that can be used in determining a
location or a direction).
The default setting is On.
Selects the la nguage in which you wish screen
labels, menus and options i nformation to be
displayed.
This does not affect the map information.
The default setting is English.
The angular dista nce North or South of the
equator measured by lines encircling the earth
parallel to the equator in degrees from 0° to
90°.
Coordinate system
Longitude coordinates to define a position on
earth.
Turns On/Off the displaying of the Latitude and
Longitude Grids.
The default setting is On.
Turns On or Off of all the Fixed Lights, Buoys
and lighthouses. When Lights are o n, lights are
shown on lighthouses and other lights that
rotate, a light sector is displayed to show the
range of co verage for the light. In the No sector
setting, the light is sho wn without sector.
The default setting is Sector.
