The Flow Control Valve of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted to obtain the correct cutting feed rate
for any desired feed pressure while forcing the blade downward into the material.

Rate of Cutting Feed
Proper rate of cutting feed is important. Excessive pressure can break the blade or stall the saw.

On
the contrary, insufficient pressure rapidly dulls the blade. The hydraulic cylinder regulates the
rate at which the blade is lowered into the material beiig cut. By adjusting the "Flow Control
Valve," you have an infinite choice for rate of cutting feed.
