4.1.2 Powering On the H3C SecPath F100-C

I. Connection check before power-on
Before powering on the H3C SecPath F100-C, check that:
Both the power cord and the PGND wire are correctly
connected.
Proper power supply is used.
The console cable is correctly connected. The console
terminal or PC has been started and the related parameters
have been set on it.
