If you have 100Base-TX (Fast-Ethernet), some network problems may
be related to exceeding cabling distances. Refer to the standard IEEE
802.3u, Clause 29.3.1.2 on "Worst Case Path Delay Value." This
document specifies that the collision domain diameter must be
within the following limits:
Under 100 m (330 feet) for TX cabling
Under 412 m (1331.56 feet) for half duplex FX cabling
Provide Technical Support with the following information:
Switch model and serial number
Software version number
Description of the problem
