For PN-4CSIA card, set the CS number by CM14 to the first LEN (Level 0) and the third LEN
(Level 2) of the PN-4CSIA card mounting slot and the adjoining right side slot as follows.
EXAMPLE: When mounting PN-4CSIA card in LT00, CS number must be assigned to
PN-4CSIA cards
