CLUTCHIOIL PUMP

DlSC SPRING INSPECTION
Measure clearance between the clutch center
and plate B.
After measuring, remove the set ring, clutch
plate B, clutch disc spring and spring seats.
SERVICE LIMIT:
0.1-0.5 mm (0.004-0.020 in.)
CLUTCH SPRING INSPECTION
Check spring free length.

CLUTCH DlSC INSPECTION
Replace the clutch discs if they show signs o f
scoring or discoloration.
Measure disc thickness.
SERVICE LIMIT: 41.25 mm (1.624 in.)
SERVICE LIMITS:
DlSC A: 2.30 mm
DlSC
B:
2.60 mm
