2.4.10 CPU FSB Select
J3 is used to set the front side bus of the CPU fixed at 400MHz
(100MHz) or 533MHz (133MHz).

Important:
• If you are using a CPU whose frequency has been locked
by the manufacturer, overclocking will have no effect.
• Overclocking may result to the CPU's or system's instability
and are not guaranteed to provide better system
performance. If you are unable to boot your system due to
overclocking, make sure to set this jumper back to its
default settings.
