Leaving Messages

To leave a message while on an intercom call:
Press
1. MSG
Hang up or wait for the message center to answer.

To leave a message without placing an intercom call:

Dial the desired extension number.

To cancel a message that you left at another phone:

Dial the extension number of the phone where you left the message.

Retrieving Messages

To retrieve a message (MSG key is flashing):
Lift the handset and press the flashing
phone or message center that left the message. (See the following section for informa-
tion about accessing your mailbox.)
To select the message you want to answer first (display phones only):
With the handset in the cradle, press the flashing

When the desired message is displayed, press
