Calorie Goal
Program Overview
The Calorie Goal program uses a mixture of increased elevation or speed intervals to provide
added work to this walking and light jogging program. The user selects the level they want to
work at and the total number of calories they want to burn, the program will repeat until the
calorie goal is obtained. This program is particularly useful for those individuals who are
balancing calorie consumption and use. See Figure 5.
