Fast Ethernet Port Configuration
The Fast Ethernet ports are 21, 22, 25, and 26. For these ports you will see the
following screen, TS Port Configuration :
Name
This field is for assigning a name to the port.
Enabled
For the Fast Ethernet ports 21, 22, 25, and 26, this variable sets the administrative
state of the port, possible values are Yes and No . When the port is disabled, the
LINK LED will blink.
Default: Yes .
Status
This field is for informational purposes only, and shows if the port is currently
inserted into the ring. The value displayed can be one of the following:

Down
•
Going Up
•
Up

The port is down.
The port is enabled and the auto-negotiation is trying to
establish a protocol connection.
The port is up.
