Logicube SuperSonix User's Manual
By default, WipeClean is set to erase data
according to Department of Defense (DoD)
specification M-5220.
Set the number of passes to 0 for a single pass of
the chosen pattern. This method is acceptable for
quickly wiping a drive where removal of sensitive
information is not an issue.
Use the
Value Icon to change the value
written during the last pass of the wipe. Your
choices are:
0xf6(The DoD default)
0x00
0xff
Random
(The Random setting will fill the Target drive with a
pseudo random pattern.)
