Sensors Test for the DesignJet 330 and 350C
350C
This tests the operation of the cover sensor and the media sensor.
1 In service mode 1, press
2 Lower the pinch arms (raise the green media lever)
The LED should turn on.
Roll
3 Raise the pinch arms (lower the green media lever)
The LED should turn off.
Roll
4 Close the cover of the plotter.
The LED should turn on.
Ready
5 Open the cover.
The LED should turn off.
Ready
6 Insert media into the right hand side of the entry platen.
The LED should turn on.
Coated
7 Remove the media.
The LED should turn off.
Coated
Status: The LED meanings are summarized as follows:
Media present,
and sensor OK
8 Press the key when you want to stop the test.
