    Reinstalling the Entry Platen The order in which you replace the screws on the entry platen is important. 1 Position the entry platen between the two side plates, feeding the media sensor cable under the right side plate. 2 Make sure that the media sensor cable is not obstructing the movement of the media sensor flags.
