After you add Cisco Unified IP Phones to Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you can add
functionality to the phones.

Feature
Description
Anonymous Call
Allows users to reject calls from anonymous callers.
Block
Auto Answer
Connects incoming calls automatically after a ring or
two.
Auto Answer works with either the speakerphone or
headset.
Call Hold Ringback When you complete a call while another call is on hold,
causes the phone to ring as a notification that a call is on
hold.
Call Forward
Allows users to redirect incoming calls to another
number.
Call Waiting
Indicates (and allows users to answer) an incoming call
that rings while on another call. Displays incoming call
information on the phone screen.
