Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,

around the fan?

fan motor and the harness
of A1P fan motor (fixed to
X20A) connected
properly?

fan be removed
from the junction connector
between the fan motor and A1P
and rotated easily
with hands?

Check the fan motor

heavy current PCB
