Print a File from a USB Storage Device

If you are uploading image files to the printer from a USB storage
device, you can print an image file. For example, you can print a file
before uploading it to be sure it is the correct file to upload.
1 Insert the USB storage device into the printer USB host port.
2 From the Ready screen, press
3 Select Tools > USB Menu > Print File. A list of printable files
appears.
4 Select the file from the list and press
From the printer web page, use the Manage page to upload or delete
applications, fonts, images, label formats, or web forms.
Note: You can only delete applications and resources you downloaded
to the printer memory. You cannot delete resident applications or
resources, which are installed as part of the printer firmware.
To upload or delete applications or resources from the printer web
page, the printer must be turned on and connected to your Wi-Fi or
Ethernet network.
1 On your PC, start a browser.
2 In the Location or Address field, type the printer IP address and
press Enter. The printer web page appears.
