Using the Base Station Front Panel Display
The Base Station has four or eight indicator LEDs (one for each channel) and pairing push buttons on
the front panel. (see section titled Pairing Wireless Microphones to Base Station for details about how
to connect microphones to the base station). When the LED is flashing GREEN or RED, that channel
is active and connected to a wireless microphone (GREEN is for live audio, RED is for muted). When
the LED is OFF, the channel is inactive (the microphone is out of range or turned off).
The front panel also has one or two sets of diversity antennas for optimal reception. These antennas
are removable for relocation by installation professionals, based on the installation environment and
coverage optimization requirements.
The LCD and menu buttons are designed to allow the installer of the system to access certain
configuration settings, and status windows directly from the front panel rather than through the
‗Revolabs HD Control Panel' program via an Ethernet to a PC.
The front panel will display the current firmware or the current IP address of the Base Station during
normal operation. During a firmware upload, the front panel will display the current progress of the
firmware upload.
The front panel display also allow the control of some configuration settings. The following is a list of the
configuration settings that can be changed changed using the front panel display controls.

Select the operation range of the Base Station
2.
