1. Select
Start > Control Panel > Phone and Modem Options >
Advanced.
2. Check the list of available telephony providers for the Avaya 2050 IP
Softphone TAPI Service Provider. If it is not listed, click the
button to try and add it.
If you are unable to add the Avaya 2050 IP Softphone TAPI Service
Provider to the list, contact your administrator.
