The optimum seat position is an important
factor for your well-being on the smart
ebike. A comfortable and fatigue-free seat
position is an individual matter. smart
gives you recommendations for the basic
settings of the components below. The
optimum setting may only become clear
after going on a longer tour.
Adjust the settings of the following com-
ponents to your requirements:

To suit individual requirements,
higher handlebars as well as additional
seat post variants are available as
accessories. The length of the seat post
can be adjusted to your individual body

WARNING
If you pull the seat post too far out of the
seat tube, then the clamp can no longer
secure the seat post sufficiently. The seat
post could come loose or break during the
tour.There is a risk of accident and injury.
Do not pull out the seat post beyond the
minimum insertion depth.

inserted at least 10 cm (3.9 in) into seat

Adjust the saddle to the desired height.

If you put your heel on the pedal when it
is at its lowest point and your leg is fully
stretched, then the saddle is at the cor-
rect height.
