Using your fax machine as a PC printer (optional)

Install the optional printer driver on your computer according to the
manufacturer's instructions. The Minoltafax 2800/3800 supports PCL4
GDI and PCL5e printer drivers. For printing in PCL4 mode, use the HP-
LaserJetII printer driver. Maximum resolution with PCL4 emulation is 300
dpi. The PCL4 print mode is the standard mode for the Minoltafax 2800/
3800. The optional GDI drivers support 600 dpi print resolution, if the
necessary optional memory is installed. When the PCL5e option is
installed the Print menu on the display of the fax machine will only show 5
sub menus. For further information please refer to the manual for the
optional accessory.

Print settings

Number of copies
This function enables you to store the number of copies as a default
setting.
1 Press [SET] and 7 times [V/PIN
CODE].
2 Press [2] on the operation panel.
Enter the required quantity using

the numeric key pad and press
[START].
4 Press [STOP] to terminate the
entry.
