Installing a SCSI interface device

IMPORTANT:
separately sold optional PCI SCSI controller is required.
1.
Prepare as described on page 196.
2.
Pull the server out of the rack (as described on page 196).
3.
Remove the drive cover and logic cover (as described on page 214).
4.
Remove the PCI riser card (as described on page 236).
5.
Remove the support bar and processor duct (as described on page 228).
6.
Press the device carrier level to unlock the carrier, and then remove the carrier from the
front of the unit.
7.
Press the tabs on both sides of the front panel.
