Assembly

To assemble the extension table and outfeed
tables:
1. Fasten the 91 / " front rail onto the table saw

with four m8-1.25 x 25 flat head screws, as
shown in figure 11. also, secure the far left
side of the rail with an m8-1.25 x 25 flat head
screw, lock washer and hex nut.

Fasten the 79" rear rail to the table with four
m8-1.25 x 25 cap screws, lock washers, and
flat washers, as shown in figure 12. secure
the left side of the rail to the table with an
m8-1.25 x 25 cap screw, two flat washers,
two lock washers, and a hex nut.

secure the metal plates to the table with
m8-1.25 x 25 flat head screws on the right
side of the table saw cabinet, as shown in
(figure 13), then thread two m8-1.25 x 12
hex bolts with flat washers into the metal
plates. do not fully tighten the bolts.

With the help of an assistant, place the exten-
sion table between the rails and slide the
table slots over the hex bolts installed in Step
3.
5.
While an assistant holds the extension table,
fasten the 91 / " front rail to the extension

table with three m8-1.25 x 25 flat head
screws, flat washers, lock washers, and hex
nuts (figure 14). Finger-tighten for now.
