CHOOSING THE DATA TYPE
Functionality for displaying and manipulating data is only available if a Data File
has been opened, or if data have been newly acquired, or if you are using the
Andor
programming language to create a new window in which to display data. In
Basic
each case data are displayed in a Data Window. See also:

The Display Menu offers the following functionality associated with the Display
Display
Window (the item Change Display Mode later in this section also details the
buttons associated with displaying data):
Change Display Mode
Add Data Window
Preferences
Axis Setup
Sequence Option
Rescale Data Mode
Data Histogram
Scale to Active
ROI (Region of Interest)
The menu item Rescale Data Mode in turn provides five submenu items that
allow you choose whether the range of your displayed data covers values between
zero and maximum (0...max); between minimum and maximum (min...max);
between zero and 65535 (0...65535); between min and 65535; and a Custom option.
