REGION OF INTEREST
Region of Interest Buttons
Along the bottom of the ROI Dialog Window are a series of buttons used for
manipulating the ROI data. It will be useful to explain the functions of each these
buttons.
If you click on this button, the red ROI box will appear on your image. Use the
Add ROI
corner handles to drag out the size and location of your ROI. Clicking on this button
will also open the ROI data tables, which list parameters such as mean, standard
deviation, variance etc, along with the pixel co-ordinates for your selected ROI
This will delete the current ROI, including the ROI data set. Delete Current ROI

Clicking this button will present and group your ROI data, according to each ROI View
individual ROI region selected on the image. It will also display the pixel co-
ordinates for all the ROI's for that scan.
