DISPLAYING DATA
Data Window (2D Display Mode with Peak Labeling) / Display Controls
To read off a data value, click on the trace to position the cursor on the point of
interest (you may need to use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to
position the cursor precisely). The numeric display on the status bar along the
bottom edge of the Data Window will indicate the corresponding x- and data-values.
The following functionality is associated with Data Windows in 2D Display Mode:
Zooming In, Zooming Out and Scrolling
On a Data Window (see above) in 2D or 3D Display Mode, pairs of Zoom In and
Zoom In
Zoom Out buttons are provided on both the x- and data-axes of the trace. The
buttons allow you to stretch or shrink the scale (to cover a smaller or larger range) on
Zoom Out
either the x- or data-axis, creating the effect of zooming in or zooming out in either
the vertical or horizontal dimension of the display.
In 2D Display Mode you may also zoom a trace by drawing a zoom box (hold
Zoom Box
down the primary button and pull the cursor in a diagonal across the screen) around
the portion of the trace that you are interested in.
