Testing Your Installation

There are two tests to be performed. The first test verifies that the XM Series
Inverter is inverting DC power from the batteries to provide AC power to
operate AC devices.
The second test is intended for installations where AC input and output is
hardwired to the XM Series Inverter. The test verifies that the XM Series
Inverter transfers from inverter power to shore power when shore power is
present.

When you are ready to test your installation and operate the XM Series
Inverter, close the DC fuse and Disconnect or the DC circuit breaker to
supply DC power to the XM Series Inverter.

may result if the disconnect/battery selector switch is not in the off position.
