Reports
This unit can print several different reports to aid in managing fax traffic and the unit
itself.
Activity Report
An Activity Report prints the results for the past 60 communications. It is used to check
whether a communication was successful, the number of communications made, and
communication time.
Reserv. (Reservation) Report
A Reservation Report prints a list of reservations for broadcast transmission. When the
function is turned ON, a Reservation Report is printed before a broadcast transmission or
multi-polling reception is made, allowing you to check the details of the reservation
request.

Press the Program key and scroll through the
menus until you reach the Reports menu and press
YES.

Press YES since this is the first menu to appear.

or OFF and press YES.
