Problem
Envelopes will not feed? The envelopes may not be loaded

Possible cause

The correct envelope size may not
be selected in your printer driver.
The envelopes may not meet the
FAX-L360 specifications.
Solution
Make sure the envelopes are
loaded properly.
See page 4-13.
Make sure there are no more than
7 envelopes in the multi-purpose
tray.
Make sure you select the correct
envelope size in the Paper Setting
dialog box on your PC. See the
printer driver manual.
Envelopes must be European DL
(220 × 110 mm) or U.S.
Commercial No. 10
(9.5 × 4.1 in.).
