Displaying the Current Department ID/User Name
Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK]
The selected mode is set.
IMPORTANT
If you set Display Dept. ID/User Name to 'On', and Department ID Management or
User ID Management has not been enabled, the Department ID/User ID is not
displayed.
Press [Done] repeatedly until the Basic Features screen
appears.
