How do I change the wireless channel on my Fibre Hub?

Access your Fibre Hub Manager by typing

your web browser and pressing
icon on your desktop.
Click the
Wireless
icon.

In the
Network
section, select an alternative

Click Save. You may be asked to enter your password – if you haven't changed

it, the default password is the same as the serial number on the bottom of your
Fibre Hub. Wait one minute for your device to pick up the new channel.
If you're still experiencing problems, follow steps 1 to 3 again to choose an
alternative wireless channel, then click Save.
If you need some help, please go to www.bt.com/business/help (type
'wireless channel' in the search box and select 'All of Help & Support') or
call 0800 169 3809.
