D Internet light is red (and Broadband light is solid green)

Broadband is active, but your Fibre Hub can't connect to it.
Restart your Fibre Hub by unplugging the power cable and plugging it in again.

If, after a couple of minutes, the Internet light is still red, check that your

Openreach modem is working (see 'DSL light is steady green and LAN1 is green'
on page 28).

If the Internet light is still red, check broadband service status by calling

0800 169 0199.
Open a web browser on your computer, type in http://home and check your

INTERNET
PPPoE settings. They should be in the format Axxxxxxx@hgxx.btclick.com.
You may need to check the correct network login username and password

settings in your 'welcome' emails and letters. (These were sent to you when you
ordered your BT Business Total Broadband Fibre service. If you can't find them,
please call us on 0800 169 3809.)

sure you're at your computer, and that it's switched on, when you call).
E Broadband light is flashing green slowly (light flashes roughly

Check that the red broadband cable is correctly inserted into your Fibre Hub.

Check that the other end of the broadband cable is correctly inserted into the

INTERNET
LAN1 socket on the Openreach modem (see page 48).
Restart your Fibre Hub by unplugging the power cable and plugging it in again.

Check broadband service status by calling 0800 169 0199.

If the Broadband light isn't steady green, there may be a fault or interference

on your line. Please call us on 0800 169 3809 (please make sure you're at your
computer, and that it's switched on, when you call).
