ATTENDANT RECALL

The Attendant Recall feature lets you transfer a call back to the
attendant. This is useful when a call has been misdirected and needs
attendant assistance in order to be rerouted.
Action
1. Ask the connected party to
wait.
2. Press the FLASH button.
3. Press 0 or the specific
attendant access code and
the specific attendant number.
4. Announce the call to the
attendant.
5. Hang up.
NOTE
You do not have to wait for the attendant to answer after you hear
ringback. However, it is courteous to announce the call.
Results
You hear recall dial tone. The
party is automatically placed
on hold.
You hear ringback.
