Calling Number
Calling Number Display Masking prevents the
Display Masking
extension number of the calling party from
displaying at the called extension or attendant
console. This feature is controlled by the COS
of the calling extension, and when it is used,
the called extension displays five asterisks
(*****) instead of the calling extension.
Call Status/Dialed
The Call Status/Dialed Number Display lists
Number Display
the numbers dialed from your FT12D,
FT12DS, or FT24DS. It also shows the status
of the called line, for example, RINGING,
BUSY, DENIED, OUT OF SERVICE, etc.
This information lets you check for proper
dialing and provides you with information
affecting your outgoing calls. The display lists
up to 20 digits on the screen as they are
dialed. If more numbers are required to
complete a call, the display shifts the entered
digits to the left one by one. Information
remains on the display screen until the status
changes. The dialed digits are kept in the
display until the connection is broken.
Ringing Call
The Ringing Call Information displays the

calling number / name of the incoming call on

the lines that have been registered in the
system data base to receive ringing call
information. In this case, the current
information such as calendar, calling number /
name, called number / name, or call duration
time is overridden by the new ringing call
information on the LCD screen.
