7-8 Paper Jams
Check the output tray, then remove all the jammed paper
and output paper

IMPORTANT
• If the jammed paper cannot be removed easily, do not try to remove it forcefully but
proceed to Step 3.
• Do not place any paper or object on the output tray during printing, as this may
result in paper jams.
NOTE
If no toner is on the removed paper, it may adhere to the paper to be printed next.
If you are using the multi-purpose tray, remove any paper
jammed in the multi-purpose tray.
IMPORTANT
