The multi-function printer beeps and does not allow you to proceed to the next step if a wrong
number is entered.

Changing the Clock Mode

You can set your multi-function printer to display the current time using either the 12-hour or the 24-hour
format.
1.
Press <Menu> until "Printer Setup" appears on the top line of the display.

Press the scroll button ( or
The multi-function printer displays the Clock mode that is currently set.

Press the scroll button ( or

To return to Standby mode, press <Return>.

Setting Sounds

Speaker, Ringer, Key Sounds and Alarm Sounds

Press <Menu> until "Sound/Volume" appears on the top line of the display.

For the ringer volume, you can select from "Off", "Low", "Med" and "High". Setting "Off" means that
the ringer turns off. The multi-function printer works normally even if the ringer is turned off.

To return to Standby mode, press <Return>.
