Move the appropriate wiper in and out to clean the printhead.

Developer housing (Y) removal

1. Remove the printer front door. See
Remove the transfer belt cleaner. See

Remove the waste toner box.

Remove the four photoconductor units.
4.
Remove the four toner supplies.
5.
6. Remove the operator panel front cover.
Remove the printhead retract door. See
7.
Remove the inner cover. See
8.
Remove the inner plate. See
9.
Remove the ATC sensor PCB bracket. See
10.
11. Remove the waste toner auger chute. See
Lift the appropriate plastic gate, and push it in to reduce toner spillage.
