Cen tral locking system
For front, side and b ack doors 3, tailgate 3
and fuel filler flap 3. With the three
func tion remote control, the passeng er
compartment and rea r load compartment
are locked and unloc ked seperately
To unlock - two funct ion rem ote control:
Press c button on remote control unit:
z Hazard w arning lights flash once.
z Doors are unlocked.
To unlock - three funct ion remote control:
Press c button on remote control unit:
z Hazard w arning lights flash once.
z Doors of the pa ssenger compartment
only are unlocked.
If no door is opened within 30 sec onds
(approxima tely) after the v ehicle has been
unlock ed by the rem ote control the vehicle
is re-locked automatically.
To lock - t wo function rem ote control:
Press e button on remote control unit:
z Haz ard warning lights flash twice.
z Doors are locked.
To lock - t hree functi on rem ote control:
Press e button on remote control unit:
z Haz ard warning lights flash twice.
z Passenger comp artment doors only are
locked.
Alw ays ensure that the side door 3,
tailg ate 3 or back doors are properly
closed before locking the vehicle with the
remote control.

For safety reasons, the vehicle cannot be
locked if the ig nition key is in the ignition.
Manua lly locking or unlocking a door with
the key does not operate the central
lock ing sy stem.

To unlock
Press G button on remote control unit.
If no door is opened within 30 second s
(approxim ately) after the vehicle has been
unlocked by the remote control the vehicle
is re-locked automatically .
To lock
Press G button on remote control unit.
The rear load compartment d oors /
tailgate are now locked .
