IP DECT base station console commands

If you type "ip_rfpconsole" you are able to use the following commands on each IP DECT base
station:
IP RFP console commands:
heap
help
lec
media
mutex
queues
reset
rsx
sem
spy
tasks
voice
exit
Please note the "spy" command, which enables you to increase the level of syslog messages.
This should be only used by the support organization because it can harm the system
operation.
