Avaya VoIP Monitoring Manager
Avaya VoIP Monitoring Manager is a client/server Voice over IP (VoIP) monitoring application
that tracks the quality of voice transmissions over the network. Avaya VoIP Monitoring Manager
product runs on Windows 2000/2003, and offers these features:
Receives quality of service (QoS) statistics from Avaya IP endpoints and displays this data
in graphs and reports.
Isolates voice quality problems and send traps to any network management system (NMS)
when poor voice quality is detected. This product supports converged data and voice
products.
You can launch the Avaya VoIP Monitoring Manager from the Avaya MultiService Network
Manager or operate it as a standalone application.

device managers, as well as other Avaya Integrated Management applications. Network
Management Console also provides a method to access an installed telnet client for access to
the command line interface of each device in the network.
