Click Have Disk tab and specify the Drive and Directory of ISDN T/A 128 NT driver.

Select the " PLANET's ISDN PC Adapter" , click OK.

You will see the ISDN Driver Bus Location dialog box, please fill the Bus Type to ISA

or PCI and the Bus Number to 0, then click OK.
Be noted: Please make sure your ISDN card type and select the right card
type in above figure.
