DISPLAY STANDARDS

• All TCUVs must be displayed in a segregated area, separate from
other non-TCUV vehicles, to prevent customer confusion and to
enhance TCUV perceived value. If a dealership's typical used vehicle
display utilizes two separate and distinct display areas for passenger
vehicles and trucks/SUVs, it is permissible to have a separate TCUV
truck display from TCUV passenger vehicles.
• Dealer must comply with all federal, state and local regulations
concerning display and sale of used vehicles.
• The following materials must be placed on each TCUV offered for sale:
– FTC Used Vehicle Buyers Guide and/or any other label required
by federal, state or local law.
– TCUV or (TCUV Hybrid) Adhesive/Static Cling Logo Sticker or
Sun Visor Hanger properly affixed.
– TCUV (or TCUV Hybrid) Marketing Window Label, price of the
vehicle and expiration date of the TCUV warranty.
• TCUVs must be kept clean inside and outside during display;
i.e., proper lot maintenance.
• TCUVs may be displayed only at locations previously approved by
Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., as defined in the dealer agreement.
