trim panels and carpet are all in place, in good condition and
operate properly.
106 Driver floor mat (if equipped) is appropriate floor mat for the vehicle,
properly secured and not stacked on top of another floor mat.
107 Doors open and close properly.
108 Door locks, including child safety locks, operate properly.
109 Remote keyless entry system and smart key system operate properly.
110 Master key is present.
111 Theft deterrent system operates properly.
112 Seat adjustments and seat heater(s) operate properly.
113 Memory seat control operates properly.
114 Headrests function properly.
115 Defogger indicator light operates properly.

Important Driver's Floor Mat Installation Information:
• Use only the driver's floor mat designed specifically for the
model and model year of your vehicle, such as Toyota Genuine
floor mats.
• Always properly secure the driver's floor mat using the
retaining hooks.
• Never install another floor mat on top of the existing driver's
floor mat.
• Never install the driver's floor mat upside down.

Smart Key, if equipped. A second key is expected by a TCUV
purchaser and should be considered a best practice.
Remove any non-working aftermarket alarms.
